We designed it by gathering insights from both our internal teams and external stakeholders, following the Global Reporting Initiative’s Sustainability Reporting Standards. This matrix ensures our Better Tomorrow 2025 roadmap addresses the most relevant challenges.
Stop Hunger, our global philanthropic wing spearheads our community development initiatives. We focus on critical areas such as gender equality, combating hunger and malnutrition, and empowering small and medium enterprises. We operate to support and aid local communities to eradicate hunger and malnutrition among the lesser privileged. Our goal is to collaborate with and give back to the communities where we live, work, and serve, fostering sustainable growth and development. The culture of community service is encouraged through our volunteering leave policy that allows employees to support the cause they believe in.
