Giving each one an equal opportunity to thrive and grow, we endeavor to lead by example and aspire to reach 50% women in the leadership team by 2023.

Our gender-agnostic policies and people initiatives promote an inclusive culture. In September 2019, Sodexo BRS India’s CEO signed the Women Empowerment Principles (WEP) by United Nations for Women Council, to fulfil its purpose and commitment to drive gender equality in the organization.
